We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon receipt of your order prior to any products being shipped. All on-line credit card orders are processed through a secure checkout page and processing agent.

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt & deposit clearance of a money order or cashier’s check. For company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will be charged for all products contained within your order receipt at the time the products were ordered, plus any applicable shipping charges. We will contact you with regard to items not in-stock or backordered at the time of your purchase to discuss delivery options.

Your electronic receipt, order confirmation, or payment confirmation reply shall signify that your request has been received by ADC Hobby Store. Acceptance of your order and payment will also be confirmed. ADC Hobby Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item if quantity ordered exceeds current stock levels.
| Returning Items |
| ADC Hobby Store wants you to be completely happy with your purchases. So
we do everything we can to assure you get the exact merchandise you order,
delivered on time as described on the products description page. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order,
we will be happy to accept and issue returns/exchanges within 30 days under the following guidelines |

| Returns/Exchange Policy |
Returned & Exchanged merchandise must be in unused condition and in its
original packaging (un-opened). The mounting of engines and accessories, running fuel
through engines, cutting or pushing out the balsa sheets in kits, and other
similar actions constitutes used merchandise. Radios must be returned with
unmounted servos and switch harness.
When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing
material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be
unable to process your return or exchange if parts are missing, or if items are not
packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages.
ARF kits are specially packaged to insure safe shipping of all contents.
In order to receive credit for a returned ARF, the contents must be returned
in the original plastic covers and arranged in a manner that will not damage
the contents or packaging.
Please contact us for a return authorization number. Freight charges will
not be refunded. The customer is responsible for insured shipping back to
our shop.
Returns sent COD will not be accepted.
ADC Hobby Store reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any merchandise returned for credit. |

| Refused Shipments |
| Refused or returned shipments in which ADC Hobby Store incurs additional shipping fees will be assessed on the return credit. |

| Damaged Merchandise |
| If a package has been damaged in shipping and it is completely apparent
when the package arrives at your door, please REFUSE the delivery. If you
have already accepted a package, and then discover that it has been damaged,
call us immediately. We'll take it from there. Be sure to save all paperwork
and packing material with the damaged goods. The carrier may wish to inspect
it before processing the claim. Please do not return damaged-in-shipment
merchandise yourself. It could jeopardize your claim and keep you from receiving
credit for the return. |

| Defective Merchandise |
| If you receive defective merchandise, please call us for
return instructions. In most cases, we will accept returns and make adjustments;
however, some manufacturers prefer handling defects directly. Defects found
after the product is in use usually fall under manufacturer's warranty.
A customer service representative will be happy to help you determine which
procedure is appropriate for you. |

| Lost Boxes |
If you feel a box has been lost in transit, please call with
the order or invoice number and a list of the missing items. A tracer will
be initiated at that time. A claim number will be issued if the carrier
does not show delivery within 14 days (domestic shipments) and 45 days (international shipments) of the scheduled delivery date. Credit
will ONLY be issued for the missing merchandise when we obtain/receive the original package back at our location.

| Missing Parts |
Should you receive merchandise that is missing a part, please
contact us. We will ensure that you are sent the part from our stock as
appropriate. In accordance with a manufacturer’s request, we may direct
the information or your call directly to the manufacturer.
Order Cancellation Any order, except PRE-ORDERS and BACKORDERS, may be canceled ONLY prior to shipping at no cost to the customer. Pre-Order and some Backorder cancellations will result in a 5% re-stocking/processing fee.

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether ADC Hobby Store. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
Liability Responsibility |
We'll go all out to help you choose the right combination
of products for your hobbying needs. And we'll bend over backwards to make
sure you're satisfied. But there's a limit to everything. And here's ours:
We cannot accept responsibility for injury and/or crash damage or loss of
kits, engines and accessories, parts and materials that occurs during the
use of any radio-controlled model. The user shall determine the suitability
of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and
liability in connection therewith.
If you substitute or replace normal kit hardware and/or radio components
with after-market accessories, ADC Hobby Store or the manufacturer of the product cannot be held responsible
for problems or equipment failure caused by incompatibility or modifications.
This includes all other products sold by ADC Hobby Store.

| General Errors |
| ADC Hobby Store makes every effort to ensure the accuracy
of the information published in our catalogs and on our Web site(s). However,
the documents and graphics published on this site may contain technical
inaccuracies or typographical errors. ADC Hobby Store makes no representations
about the suitability of the information and graphics presented on this
site. All such documents and graphics are provided "as is" without warranty
of any kind. |

| Pricing Errors |
If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect
price, ADC Hobby Store shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel
any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed
and charged to your credit card, ADC Hobby Store shall immediately issue
a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.
Note: We do not guarantee ADC Hobby Store prices listed on other websites
or price engines.

| If you are having your merchandise sent to an address that
is different from your billing address we request that the address be on
file with the credit card company. ADC Hobby Store has the right to
turn down an order that is shipped to an address other than the billing
address on your order. Please ensure that your shipping address is on file
with the credit card issuing bank so we can process your order. |

| We Accept PayPal |
For your convenience we offer PayPal as one of
our payment options.
All shipping, fraud prevention and backorder policies, including all
other policies put in place by ADC Hobby Store, still apply to all
orders submitted with PayPal unless otherwise noted.
Per PayPal Policy, all refunds must be processed within 60 days of the
initial transaction. We can not refund any PayPal transaction after that
time. |

We will ship your product as it becomes available as described on the product page or as we have otherwise communicated to you. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 2:00PM Pacific Time, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. International Orders will take 1-2 days to process and prepare for shipment once the order is placed. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock or backordered which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. Cancellation of a pre-order item may result in a 5% re-stocking/processing fee.

| Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:00PM Pacific Time Mon-Fri and by 1:00pm on Saturday will ship the next day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sunday, except by prior arrangement. International Orders will take longer to process and prepare for shipment. Please allow a total of 2-3 days after the order is placed on all in-stock items.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by ADC Hobby Store or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. International Customers - as of 12-10-2012 First Class International Mail will no longer be available for orders online, and orders of more than $49 usd. If you wish to place an order under $49 via PayPal please contact us for processing. This is due to the lack of tracking available on this type of shipping service.

| Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |

ADC Hobby Store is a re-seller, we do not manufacture parts, supplies, components, etc. Each manufacturer will have it's own warranty/exchange policy, please refer to the given manufacturer for further details and information.
