Order Processing, Payment & Shipping Policy

WE ONLY ACCEPT AND PROCESS ON-LINE ORDERS FROM THE LOWER 48 STATES IN THE UNITED STATES -  HAWAII AND ALASKA ARE NOT INCLUDED

WE WILL ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS FROM ALL COUNTRIES AND ORDERS FROM HAWAII AND ALASKA VIA E-MAIL REQUEST ONLY - PLEASE CONTACT US FOR PURCHASING ON ALL PRODUCTS AND FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE - All International Orders will be subject to a 4% Order Processing Fee

All Products are available for immediate purchase and will ship as stated in the item description.  If item needs to be ordered, or will be shipped in a time frame other than stated, buyer will be notified immediately upon completion of purchase and have the opportunity to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it.

Due to shipping provider limitations, Lithium Polymer Batteries Can Not Be Shipped Overseas.  We can only ship Lithium Polymer Batteries to the Lower 48 States in the USA, Alaska, Canada & Mexico via Ground Shipping Methods only.  We apologize for any inconvenience. 

All On-Line Transactions are processed through PayPal for 100% Buyer Protection!!  We do not require any personal information other than your contact & shipping information!!  Enjoy the ease of a 100% PayPal Secured buying experience!!!  You do not have to have a PayPal Account to order from our store.  You can purchase orders via Credit Card and any other options available thru PayPal!!!  Feel free to contact us if you would like to pursue other payment options, including orders by E-Mail or phone, including PayPal, check and cashier's check orders.

We have two types of payment options available.  You may use the On-Line, quick and easy "Add To Cart" option which is 100% PayPal secure and guides you through the entire process. 

Or you may contact us directly via e-mail or phone for Payment Instructions and Order Processing on all orders.  Please list the item # provided and the quantity you wish to purchase.  ADChobbystore will then generate an invoice of buyer requested items for purchase and you will receive a .pdf file, via e-mail, of your invoice for review and verification.  Once you are satisfied with the invoice and the items represented, please reply to confirm Final Invoice Approval.  Once Final Invoice Approval has been made, buyer has entered a Contract with ADChobbystore, and accepts the responsibility to purchase and provide payment for the invoiced items.  Standard payment method shall be PayPal, unless other arrangements have been made with ADChobbystore Staff.  ADChobbystore will immediately send a Payment Request via PayPal to the PayPal Approved E-Mail address provided by Buyer.  If payment is not received within three (3) Business Days on any PayPal order, a 5% Late Fee may apply or order may be cancelled by ADChobbystore Staff.  Item(s) will not ship until payment has been made in full and funds have been verified.

WE ONLY ACCEPT AND PROCESS ON-LINE ORDERS FROM THE LOWER 48 STATES IN THE UNITED STATES -  INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS AND CUSTOMERS FROM HAWAII AND ALASKA MUST PURCHASE PRODUCTS VIA E-MAIL REQUEST ONLY.  Sales Tax will be applied on all orders shipped to a California based Buyer.  All shipping on orders totaling $60.00 or more will be FREE OF CHARGE, with the exception of oversize items and orders shipped to International, Hawaii & Alaska customers.  All shipping to International destinations, Hawaii & Alaska will be based on purchased item(s) weight and actual shipping charges incurred by ADChobbystore.  Oversize item shipping fees will vary by item, please see the shipping & handling fees attached to the item when added to cart.  Please  contact us for current shipping rates. Buyer shall provide correct and current shipping contact information and address.  ADChobbystore will not be held responsible if supplied information is incorrect and item(s) are not received, and the payment for said item(s) will not be refunded.  All Domestic items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Business Day or DHL Ground 5-7 Business Day service to the lower 48 states.  International Shipments will be shipped via USPS Priority International Mail and will be delayed due to customs and should be expected to be delivered in the 7-14 Business Day range.

Return Policy

All items are sold as Brand New and are covered under the Manufacturer's Warranty unless otherwise stated on your invoice, or in the item description.  Please contact us via e-mail or phone for all returns and instructions.  All items that came in Factory Packaging MUST be in the Factory Packaging un-opened for a Money Back return, and must be submitted within 7 days of receiving shipment.  All batteries MUST be un-used without connectors and still have the Factory electrical tape on the wire leads for Money Back return.  If purchased item has malfunctioned, or appears to be damaged, please refer to manufacturer's warranty information and directions for a replacement.  ADChobbystore can pursue a replacement item if you prefer.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred with regards to a return or warranty item.  There will not be a refund issued for these costs.

Site Restrictions

All Manufacturer logo and image rights belong to that specific manufacturer and are used on our site for reference and advertisement purposes only.  Copying or using these logo's without consent of the given manufacturer may be prohibited.  All ADChobbystore model flying weight recommendations for motors and general model flying weight requirements are the sole property of ADChobbystore and shall not be copied or transmitted in any way.  Recommendations are approximate guidelines prepared based on our experience, and shall not be considered as manufacturer specifications or 100% accurate.  Buyer is responsible for understanding the criteria and requirements of the equipment that is being purchased.  ADChobbystore shall not be held responsible for equipment failure based on items purchased using these recommendations. All images and videos have been created and/or edited by ADChobbystore, use of these images or videos without express written consent is prohibited.  Video footage was NOT shot or filmed by ADChobbystore and we make no claims as such.  Video footage has been provided by clients and or manufacturer's and is used for the sole purpose of advertisement and recreational enjoyment.
